Deal with city expenses, town festivals/events, and unruly residents or visitors.
There is a obvious line between the City Council members who want to push natives out for more development of homes and tourists attractions to fill their pockets and the others members who wish to save and persevere the rich history of the town.

It is preferred that the successful candidate possess strong leadership skills, is a self starter.
Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and deadlines and a positive outlook are essential. Strong analytic skills and professional demeanor are also essential.
Responsibilities include but not limited to.
To govern over all four towns in a fair and just way.
To work closely with the members of the council and the mayor implementing & executing ideas and events.
This position will be an elected position.

Responsibility
As the head of the city, the mayor officially speaks for both the government and the community as a whole. In all statutory cities and in most charter cities, the mayor is the presiding officer and a regular member of the city council. The mayor has all the powers and duties for the office of council member in addition to those of mayor.

Council members’ statutory duties are to be performed, almost without exception,by the council as a whole. For example, the council, not individual members, must supervise administrative officers, formulate policies, and exercise city powers. To keep the town running smoothly and to generate ideas & events with in the community.
